Track Your Order

Every Crisp Craft Paw order is fully tracked, door to door.

1. Find your tracking number. We email it to you as soon as your order is dispatched (within 24–48 hours of ordering). Check your inbox — and your spam folder, just in case.

2. Track your parcel. Enter your tracking number at 17track.net or on the carrier's own site — your dispatch email tells you which carrier has your parcel.

3. Give it a moment to wake up. Tracking can take 2–3 working days to show its first scan after dispatch — that's normal. Most orders arrive within 6–12 working days.

No update for more than 5 working days? Email hello@crispcraftpaw.com with your order number and we'll chase it with the carrier for you.
