We work with vetted production and supply partners. We confirm supplier, materials and quality before any product goes live in our shop.

How long does delivery take?

Do you provide tracking?
Yes — every order ships with tracking, and we'll email you the details as soon as your order is dispatched.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund. See our Refund & Returns Policy.

Is it safe for my pet?
