This Shipping Policy is provided by SDFC Logistics LLC, trading as Crisp Craft Paw.
Delivery Area and Charges
We offer free tracked standard delivery to eligible addresses across the United Kingdom, with no minimum order value. Any available alternative delivery option and its charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are normally processed promptly. Estimated delivery is 6–12 business days from dispatch unless a different estimate is shown on the product page or at checkout. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier disruption, severe weather, peak periods or other events outside our reasonable control may cause delay.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we email the tracking number or link after dispatch. Tracking may take a short time to activate after the carrier receives the parcel.
Delivery Address
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Once processing or dispatch has begun, we may be unable to change the address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.
Multiple Parcels
Items in the same order may be shipped separately through different fulfilment partners. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking reference, and parcels may arrive on different dates.
Delayed, Lost or Damaged Deliveries
If an order has not arrived within the estimated window, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution. Please retain packaging and photographs where an item or parcel is damaged.
