How to Use

1. Download the companion app and create an account.
2. Connect the feeder to your 2.4GHz WiFi network following the in-app steps.
3. Fill the hopper with your pet's usual dry food.
4. Set your feeding schedule and portion sizes in the app.
5. Run a test feed while you're home so your pet gets used to the sound.

Care & Cleaning

Empty and wipe the hopper and food tray regularly with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Never immerse the unit in water. Keep the camera lens dust-free.

Good to Know

• 2.4GHz WiFi only — the feeder won't connect to 5GHz-only networks. Most dual-band UK routers support 2.4GHz; check yours before buying.
• Dry food only — wet food will clog the dispenser.
• A smart feeder is a helper, not a pet-sitter — for absences longer than a working day, arrange proper care.

FAQ

Does it work with my WiFi?
It connects to 2.4GHz networks only. Nearly all UK home routers broadcast 2.4GHz; if yours is dual-band, make sure the 2.4GHz band is enabled during setup.

What food can I use?
Dry food (kibble) only. Wet or semi-moist food will jam the mechanism.

What happens in a power cut?
The battery backup keeps scheduled meals dispensing until mains power returns. You may lose the live camera until your router is back up.

Can I feed outside the schedule?
Yes — tap feed-on-demand in the app any time.

Is it suitable for large dogs?
It's designed for cats and small-to-medium dogs up to around 10 kg. Larger dogs may knock the unit about (and empty the hopper rather faster than intended).

How loud is dispensing?
There's a mechanical whirr as portions drop. Most pets learn to love the sound rather quickly.
